Based on suggestions from users, the reporting for the 2013-14 school year will continue to include two new reports - the Decision Dashboard, Scatterplots, and redesigned Teacher Reports. This guide provides information regarding the new reporting features.

School Reports
The School DiagnosticReports are used to identify patterns or trends of progress among students at different achievement levels. Refer to the Sample Diagnostic Pattens document. Examples include: Desirable Pattern, Shed Pattern, Reverse Shed Pattern, Tent Pattern, V Pattern, and Opportunity Gap Pattern.
Activity 1:
Overview of School Effects Document
Using the Overview of School Effects Document linked above and your School Value Add Reports, enter the Tested Subject/Grade name in the school effectiveness table. Locate the color for the most recent year. If the color is RED, place an "X" in the overall results column. Use a separate row for each grade for the EOG reporting.
Activity 2:
Using the Overview of School Effects Document linked above and your SchoolDiagnostic Report for each Tested Subject/Grade. Locate the blue bars on the graph for each of the 5 Achievement Groups (Quintiles). Also note the red whiskers.
For any blue barsabove the green reference line (where the whiskers are also completely above), place an up arrow in the appropriate cell of the table.For any blue bars below the green reference line (where the whiskers are also completely below), place a down arrow in the appropriate cell of the table. For any blue bars at or near the green reference line (the whiskers cross the green line), place a horizontal dash in the table.
